HI!

I’m Katie — a 58‑year‑old Registered Nurse, Professional Nurse Advocate, Queens Nurse, Menopause Wellbeing Nurse and Midlife Reinvention Coach.

I am also an author, Tropic wellbeing ambassador, and unapologetic lover of sunshine, culture, and a good read. In addition to supporting individuals and teams within the NHS, I help women in midlife reconnect with their identity, exploring their heritage, managing emotional wellbeing, and finding a new confidence, especially when life feels foggy, overwhelming, and they’ve somehow lost themselves along the way through menopause.

My coaching blends structured mindset work, menopause support, and heritage‑based emotional pattern exploration. I guide women to explore not just who they are now, but the cultural, ancestral, and generational stories that shaped them — so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and self‑trust.

I also support healthcare teams and organisations to reduce burnout, stress, and identity loss. Having lived the realities of working in healthcare myself, I know how easily people who care for others can lose sight of their own wellbeing. My work helps teams rebuild resilience, connection, and sustainable emotional health.

But beyond the coaching, I’m just a mum of two daughters who are my greatest teachers and my proudest joy. I am divorced, live with my calico cat, Rosie, I read and write obsessively, and cooking is a love language to me. I am a terrible golfer, a fair-weather gardener, I love 70’s and 80’s music, crime drama, adventure movies and I find magic in wandering new cities, exploring culture, and discovering how heritage shapes the way we think, feel, and respond to life.

I believe midlife isn’t a crisis — it’s a recalibration. A chance to rewrite your story, reclaim your identity, and finally choose yourself. Whether I’m coaching women, supporting healthcare teams, or writing about identity and heritage, my mission is simple:

To help people feel at home in themselves — mind, body, story, and skin.
