The Midlife Nurse

I recently started an Instagram page to account women’s experiences (including mine) of the menopause and middle age. I then realised that I have so much to say so set up a blog! I have never even seen a blog post before 😂 other than an old school friends adventure (to be admired) so goodness only knows why I thought it would be a good idea! Anyway it’s either very complicated or I’m an idiot (I suspect the latter) because it took hours! So please excuse the state of my first posts and try to appreciate that this was very difficult for a technologically challenged menopausal woman of my intelligence. If it wasn’t for my lovely, patient, clever friend Lisa Bevis, I would not even have this 😂😂😂 thank you my darling girl!!
